AACD Non-Member Tuition Rates

Please note tuition to the annual AACD scientific session includes a one-year AACD membership.

Cancellation Policy
The AACD recognizes that registrants may need to withdraw from the 30th Annual AACD Scientific Session. Cancellation fees and rollovers are based on the date the cancellation or rollover is received, in writing, by the AACD Executive Office. Written cancellations and rollover requests can be e-mailed or faxed to 608.222.9540. If you do not receive a response from the AACD within five business days, please call the AACD Executive Office at 800.543.9220.
 
Cancellation Fees
  • Before 5:00 pm CT December 5, 2013 - Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • After 5:00 pm CT December 5, 2013 through 5:00 pm CT April 11, 2014 - Full refund minus 15% processing fee
  • After 5:00 pm CT April 11, 2014 - No refund
AACD registrants requesting a scientific session tuition rollover will receive a one-time scientific session tuition transfer to the 31st or 32nd Annual AACD Scientific Session, minus a processing fee. Registrants must indicate, in writing, which scientific session to transfer tuition to at the time of the rollover request. Registrants are responsible for the scientific session tuition rollover balance and will be invoiced by the AACD Executive Office. Rollover tuition is forfeited if the subsequent annual scientific session is not attended.
 
Rollover Fees
  • Before 5:00 pm CT April 11, 2014 - Assessed a 5% processing fee
  • After 5:00 pm CT April 11, 2014 through 5:00 pm CT April 18, 2013 - Assessed a 15% processing fee
  • After 5:00 pm CT April 24, 2014 - No scientific session tuition rollover requests accepted
