When and where is the 2012 AACD Annual Scientific Session?
May 2-5, 2012.  Exhibit Hall opens on May 3, 2012.
Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center – National Harbor, MD (Washington D.C. area)
 
What is the booth rental fee?
Prime area corner booth = $3,000
Prime area inline booth = $2,700
Non-prime corner booth = $2,800
Non-prime inline booth = $2,500
 
What are my payment options?
Choose to either pay in full or pay the 50 percent deposit upon booth space contract submission.  All payments made after Jan. 31, 2012 must be paid in full.  We accept payments via check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
 
How many attendees were present at past meetings?
2009 Honolulu, HI - 2,052 dental professionals
2010 Grapevine, TX - 2,115 dental professionals
2011 Boston, MA – 2,452 dental professionals
 
Why should I become a meeting advertiser and/or sponsor?

What are the important deadline dates?
Nov. 4, 2011 - Deadline for cancellation of booth space with a full refund (less $75 handling fee).
 
Jan. 31, 2012 - Final payments due on outstanding balances; 
Deadline for cancellation of booth space with a 50% refund; 
All contracts received after this date will require full payment. 
 
April 2, 2012 - Deadline for exhibitor badge registration & EAC badge registration.
 
Do I need to register booth personnel?
Yes, four complimentary badges will be provided for every 10' x 10' booth that is rented.  Additional badges are $100 per employee.  Submit your Exhibitor Badge Registration Form by April 12, 2012.
 
What are the move-in dates and times?
You can set up your booth on Wed. May 2 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.  All booths must be completed by 9 am on Thurs., May 3.
 
What are the exhibit hall hours?
Thur., May 3, 2012 - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Fri., May 4, 2012 – 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sat., May 5, 2012 – 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
 
What are the move-out dates and times?
Exhibitor tear down is between 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Sat. May 5 and between 7:00 am to 12:00 noon on Sun. May 6, 2012.
 
Where and how do I make hotel/housing reservations?
Plan to stay at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center for both convenience and the opportunity to network with your direct customers.  Room block details coming soon.
