![]() Leadership Update: AACD Welcomes Interim Executive DirectorAugust 19, 2025 by AACD Executive OfficeAs President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), I want to share an important leadership update with our members and community. Following the recent resignation of our Executive Director, Mike DiFrisco, the Board of Directors has thoughtfully and unanimously appointed Bradley J. Olson, DDS, FAACD as Interim Executive Director. This decision reflects our deep confidence in Brad’s longstanding commitment to the AACD, his exceptional leadership, and his deep understanding of the Academy’s mission and its impact on the cosmetic dentistry profession. A Trusted Leader in the AACD Community Brad brings with him decades of experience and an unwavering dedication to the Academy. As an Accredited Fellow, past Fellowship Chair, and respected leader, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing esthetic excellence and supporting our community of professionals. His leadership style is collaborative, steady, and deeply aligned with our vision, making him uniquely positioned to guide the AACD during this period of transition. We are confident that under his direction, the Academy will continue to thrive and deliver value to our members. Looking Ahead Brad will work closely with the professional team, Board of Directors, and members to ensure continuity, stability, and positive momentum. While transitions naturally bring change, our shared mission and values remain constant: to support our members, advance the profession, and inspire confidence in esthetic dentistry worldwide. Together, we will continue strengthening the AACD and shaping a future that honors our legacy while embracing new opportunities. Thank you for your continued support, trust, and belief in what we are building together. With gratitude, Amanda Seay President, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry |
