Submit Your Case
Step 1 | Go to the Member Portal and Login
Step 2 | After logging in, scroll down and you will see the AACD Credentialing banner. Click the "SUBMIT CASE" button as pictured below.
Step 3 | After logging in, you will see the AACD Credentialing banner on the bottom right-hand side. You will want to click on the “Dentist in Process” or “Laboratory Technician in Process” to enter the Credentialing Module.
Step 4 | Your case submissions are in the middle of the page. Choose the correct case type and click “Start Process” to begin. The module will prompt you from one step to the next.
All paperwork is electronic, with the exception of the photo release form that needs to be completed and uploaded in the required steps.
Remember to click the “Save” button before leaving any one area. You can submit your case all at once or at different times. Any case started indicates you’re submitting for the upcoming submission deadline.
