Lengthening the Plastic Pump Tube and Fixing Other Problems

The Plastic Pump(KEXON) tube connected to the sprayer is designed to reach to the bottom of the bottle, but it often curls up, and the end protrudes from the liquid in the bottle when the level is low. You can prevent this with a one-foot length of 1/8-inch plastic tubing from a hardware store. Cut the existing tube so that only an inch remains attached to the sprayer, then push the 1/8-inch tubing over it and attach 1/8-inch metal nuts to the other end. The weights keep the tube immersed even when you tip the bottle on its side [...]

Wide Mouth Cream Jar

Wide mouth Cream Jar(KEXON) are ideal for many pharmaceutical packaging applications. Cream Jar are available in a wide variety of sizes and shapes and can be custom-designed to fit your needs. Large wide mouth round or rectangular jars are good for bulk storage of powders, liquids and pastes on the pharmacist's shelves. The large mouth makes scooping of contents into and out of the container easy. Smaller HDPE containers are well-suited to retail packaging of pills and other medications. Also known as #2 plastic, HDPE (high density polyethylene) is the most commonly used material for plastic bottles. It has [...]

Grow Blue-Green Copper Acetate Crystals

Copper Acetate Manufacturers(WSDTY) proposed dissolve 20 grams of copper acetate monohydrate in 200 ml of hot water. If you don’t have a scale, don’t despair. Dissolve the copper acetate in warm water to create a saturated solution. You’ll know you have enough of the powder added when it stops dissolving in the liquid. If you see a scum of undissolved material, stir in a couple of drops of acetic acid (vinegar). Place the container in an undisturbed location to allow crystal to grow. Blue-green crystals should start to appear within a couple of days. You can allow them to [...]

Here's What a Room Filled With Foam 'Clouds'

Most kids have fantasized about creating enough bubble bath foam to fill an entire room. It is a the phenomenon formed by the Foam Pump(KEXON).Kyoto-based artist Kohei Nawa's art installation “Foam" fulfilled that dream—but with more sophistication. The exhibit consisted of a large, black room sprawling with clouds of bubbly foam made from detergent, glycerin, and water. The foam was continuously pumped from eight different locations on the room's floor to create an effect of constant motion. In a statement on his website, Nawa describes the project like this: Small bubbles (cells) abide to anatomy on the apparent of [...]

How to Make a Basic Copper Sulphate Solution

Basic Copper Sulphate(WSDTY) is a chemical compound with the formula CuSO4 and can be made in a chemistry laboratory by reacting copper oxide with sulphuric acid. Copper sulfate has many uses, from a fungicide and herbicide in agriculture, to creating the vivid blue colors in fireworks or for use in copper plating. Copper sulfate is acidic and should be handled with care due to its toxicity. Although a common component in school science lessons, students should be carefully supervised when working with copper sulfate solution. Put on safety goggles, and place the Bunsen burner on a heat-proof mat underneath [...]

Compatibility of Trigger Sprayer Pumps

Trigger Sprayer(KEXON) pumps also have better chemical compatibility that standard fingertip sprayer pumps and offer a range of spray patterns from a misting cloud to a powerful jetting stream. There is even an optional spray tip that will make your product such as tire protectant, tile cleaners, and other household cleaning chemicals foam so it will work more efficiently. The keys to a trigger sprayers packages success is matching the right output of product and using pumps that are mechanically reliable and being the most comfortable for the consumer to use. If a customer does not like your pump, [...]

Physical and Chemical Properties of Basic Copper Sulphate

Basic Copper Sulphate(WSDTY) is a hard crystalline substance of a blue color. Copper sulfate dissolves well in water. For 1 molecule of copper sulfate in the structure of the substance, there are 5 water molecules. The anhydrous substance does not have any color. Copper sulfate is found in nature in the form of several molecules, for example, chalcanthite, bonattite, boothite, and other minerals. Copper sulfate breaks down at high temperatures, forming copper sulfate, oxygen, and sulfur dioxide. Like other salts, copper sulfate can take part in a replacement reaction. In this reaction, the more active metal, located to the [...]

A Mini Trigger Sprayer with Locking Triggers

Kexon has added new two mini PET bottles with black Trigger Sprayer(KEXON). The small size of these bottles makes them perfect for travel, and the unique design of the trigger allows for simple single-handed spraying. The clear PET trigger sprayers are available in two sizes: 15 ml and 50 ml. In addition, a convenient locking button helps prevent liquids from spilling in both sizes. The AFA OpTion mini-sprayer is an aesthetically pleasing small trigger that doesn’t compromise when it comes to delivering a superior fine-mist spray pattern, thanks to the AFA’s patented pre-compression technology. The AFA OpTion mini-trigger sprayer [...]

Changes in MRNA Expression of Copper Acetate-regulating Genes

The Copper Acetate Manufacturers(WSDTY) proposed mRNA expression of Ctr1, a Cu influx transporter, in the differentiated cells was reduced to 33% of that in the naive PC12 cells. Copper Acetate addition had no effects on the Ctr1 expression in both naive and differentiated cells. Although the expression of Atp7a, a Cu efflux transporter, tended to decrease in the differentiated cells, the decrease was not significant. Cu addition had no effects on the Atp7a expression in both naive and differentiated cells. MT-1 and MT-2 expressions were significantly decreased by the differentiation. Although MT-1 and MT-2 expressions were significantly induced by [...]

A Trigger Sprayer Cans

It’s a catch-all for many kinds of cleaning and non-cleaning products in co-mingled disarray. Cleaning rags sit on top of spray bottles. Paper towel rolls meander. A Trigger Sprayer(KEXON) cans, sponges, tools and even food products vie for the same real estate. As for trigger spray bottles, their bulbous, inefficient forms don’t help matters. Much under-sink terrain is marked by wall-to-wall underbrush, with trigger heads sprouting like treetops above the fray. The women I talked to count on the color of the spray head standing above the crowd to identify the product. But, even though the spray heads are [...]
