The Analysis of the Details of Foam Pump I

Also known as a push-type lotion pump, it is a liquid dispenser that uses the principle of atmospheric balance to pump out the liquid in the bottle and fill the outside atmosphere into the bottle. The main performance indicators of the Foam Pump(KEXON): air pressure times, pumping amount, down pressure, head opening torque, rebound speed, water intake index and so on.

The dispenser is divided into two types: tie type and screw type. From the function, it is divided into spray, foundation cream, lotion foam pump, aerosol valve, vacuum bottle. The size of the foam pump head is determined by the diameter of the matching bottle. The spray size is 12.5mm-24mm, and the water output is 0.1ml/time-0.2ml/time. It is generally used on the packaging of perfume, gel water and other products. The length can be determined according to the height of the bottle. The size of the lotion foam pump head is 16ml to 38ml, and the water output is 0.28ml/time - 3.1ml/time. It is generally used in creams and washing products.

Special dispensers such as foam pump heads and hand-held nozzles, the non-inflated hand pump head, does not require gas to create foam, and can be used to produce quantitative high quality foam with a light press. It is usually equipped with a special bottle. Hand-held sprinklers are commonly used on products such as cleaners. The composition of the dispenser is relatively complicated, generally including: dust cover, hoe, mast, gasket, piston, spring, valve, bottle cap, pump body, straw, valve ball (with steel ball, glass ball). The cap and dust cover can be made colored, electroplated, and can be made of an electric aluminum ring.

The vacuum bottle is usually cylindrical, the specification is 15ml-50ml, and the individual has 100ml. The overall capacity is small, relying on the principle of atmospheric pressure, which can avoid the pollution caused by cosmetics in the process of use. The vacuum bottle has electro-aluminum, plastic plating and colored plastic. The price is more expensive than other common containers, and the general order quantity is not high. The dispenser customers rarely open their own molds, and the molds they need are more and more expensive.
